Meet the Founder

LaKiesha Tucker is the founder of L. Tucker Coaching & Consulting, LLC, located in Kennesaw, GA.  Having always had a passion for business and helping others on their entrepreneurial journies, she established the agency with one simple goal--to help people start, run, and grow their businesses.  

Prior to business coaching and consulting, LaKiesha worked in the clinical research industry as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA).  In 2011, she founded the Clinical Research Professionals Network, LLC, providing contracting and consultancy services to various companies throughout the US.  LaKiesha often shares about how the clinical research industry made her a "process person," though she made many mistakes as a "business person" because she did not have the infrasture in place to grow and sustain her business.  In addition to her business knowledge, she also uses her business mistakes as lessons for others.  

LaKiesha is a graduate of Tennessee State University, in Nashville, TN, with a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration and Planning.  In addition, she holds a Master of Business Aministration from Middle Tennessee State University, in Murfreesboro, TN and a Master of Science in Clinical Research Organization and Management from Drexel University College of Medicine, in Philadelphia, PA.  

LaKiesha currently resides in Marietta, GA, and currently serves as a Certified Mentor for the North Metro Atlanta Chapter of SCORE.  She enjoys traveling, listening to audiobooks, and spending time with friends and family.
