This a 1:1 coaching program for aspiring entrepreneurs, managers, and leaders who simply need to get started.  If you’re looking to build a solid business base from the very beginning of your business that you can grow and expand upon, this program is for you.  Package is available with bi-weekly or monthly sessions.

We complete the essential tasks necessary to get your business up and running.  Package includes 1) Business registration - LLC, EIN, Operating Agreement; 2) Website; 3) Domain registration & social media profiles; 4) Client scheduling & invoicing program setup; 5) Money management & expense tracking software setup; 6) Business bank account.  The package offered "in a day" or "in a month."

Fund My Business

 Business Coaching Package

We will work with you to determine available funding opportunities for your business and have weekly sessions to assist with questions and proposal completion.

Systemize My Business

Done For You Service

If you are looking to become more efficient in your business, this package is for you. We set up and implement a new business system or online platform for your business.  This package may also consist of developing and documenting processes that will make your business run more smoothly or creating training manuals for hiring and on-boarding new staff.   Projects in this customizable package are performed "in a month" but may be completed "in a day" depending on the complexity.

Get Government Contractor Ready

Done For You Bundle Service

We complete the essential tasks necessary for you to do business with the federal government.  The package includes 1) Obtaining DUNS Number; 2) SAM Registration & Certification; 3) Creating or updated DSBS & SBA Profiles; 4) Guidance on SBA Small Business Certifications; 5) Professional Capabilities Statement.   The package offered "in a day" or "in a month."

2024 Business Planning Sessions

Now booking for 

November & December - We will set yearly and quarterly goals for the upcoming year, and create an action plan to achieve them.  Sessions are 90 minutes and conducted 1:1.

Cost: $225

Business Plans

Create or purchase a detailed business plan designed to obtain funding for your business.  As a DIY service, we provide 45-day software access that includes step-by-step instructions and a final review with feedback from our agency.  As a custom service, we create the plan for you.

Strategy Sessions


90-Minute session designed to discuss a single business problem or develop strategies for a particular area of your business.  Strategy Sessions are done by video.  

Find Funding for Your Business

We provide available funding opportunities and/or research for grant opportunities that your business may qualify for at an hourly rate.  

S.A.M. Registrations

We will complete your System for Award Management (SAM) Registration.  SAM.gov is the primary database of vendors doing business with or desiring to do business with the federal government. 

Websites

We will design a professional website for your business.
